High above Kassel you find the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. For centuries it was home to the rulers of Hessen-Kassel. The fascinating hillside ensemble showcases arcitectual and landscaping styles of several different periods. With an area of 2,4 km² the man-made landscape is one of Europe's largest mountain parks. On June 2013 the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe was designated as UNESCO World Heritage site.

It's easy to fall in love with the Bergpark. This book contains 100 pictures which try to capture the beauty, the mystery and the historical uniqueness of this wonderful place.

Tom Schillerhof was born on May 14, 1985, in Jena, Germany. He graduated from Friedrich Schiller Universität in 2012 with a master's degree in art and image science. While study time he began working as a creative writer, released several books in german language and created the iconic character of Baby Joe.
